Designed to give you a full body workout in less than 25 minutes our Burn Baby Burn program is great

for members with limited time or looking to try something new!

Workout 1

5 rounds of:

Back Squats (bodyweight) (max # of reps)

Pullups (max # of reps)

Pushups (max # of reps)

* Rest 2 mins between rounds

Workout 2

5 rounds of:

Dumbell Step Ups (20 reps)

Inverted Rows (15 reps)

Pushups (15 reps)

Farmers Walk (30 seconds)
