 4 sets of 12 Barbell Squats
3 sets of 12 on each leg Alternating Reverse Lunge on Smith Machine
3 sets of 15 Dumbbell Deadlifts
3 sets of 12 Dumbbell walking lunges on each side
3 sets of 15 Hamstring Curl
4 sets of 10 Leg Extensions on the machine
